Do you take insurance? 

Unfortunately no, I do not accept insurance. However, I will gladly provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Please note, coaching sessions do not currently qualify for insurance coverage, but general therapy does.

How do Tele-sessions work? 

Tele-sessions (therapy or coaching) are 45-50 minutes long (initial consultation of 15 minutes is free; first full-length session may run 60-90 mins). 

Sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure confidentiality and protect your privacy.
